Allfreightfree.com ships worldwide.
All orders have a Handling fee:
Inside EU: 70.00SEK
Outside of EU / Rest of the World- (RRR) Return Receipt Included): 120.00SEK

Handling fee is fixed and will not increase if your order contains multiply products. Prices are worldwide. All packages within EU are sent as ordinary postal mail or postal parcel. Orders outside of EU are sent with RRR. A tracking number will be provided by e-mail when your order is shipped. You will be able to track your package Online from your postal service provider. All parcels that whey more than 2 kg include a tracking number.

Shipping Time

Orders within Europe:
Please allow 5-7 days delivery after shipping date.

Orders outside of Europe:
Please allow 10-14 days delivery after shipping date.

We usually ship within 2 business days from our storage location in Europe/Sweden.

Shipping Information

Orders are sent to the registered address from our offices in Sweden using standard Swedish Postal Service Provider, Posten. The parcel sent from us will automatically change handler when it arrives to the ordered country.

Shipping price will display at checkout before placement of order.

Exchange and Returns

If you decide not to keep the products you have purchased, you may return them within 14 days in unused, unwashed and original condition including packing and/or with instructions that may have been included. We will refund the price of the products but we will not refund shipping cost and/or handling fee.

Returns are refunded with product price minus shipping cost.
Please always contact our Support >> before returning any product. We can then reserve another products for you if you want to change it or arrange with return freight and replacement product for a defect product.

Do not forget to attach a copy of your receipt (order confirmation) so we know who the return comes from.

OBS: Note that you as a customer are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We recommend that you send it with tracking possibility. Refund or exchange will take place when we receive the returned product/products.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- If you choose not accept or collect your product from the post
- The products have been opened or are not returned in their original condition
- You decide to change your mind after products are shipped
